Annual Clinical Meeting Refund Policy

Refunds will only be honored if the cancellation is made on or prior to June 14, 2013 and in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after June 14, 2013 are not eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend the conference, and the cancelation deadline has passed, you may transfer your registration to someone else (e.g., a colleague) for the same event (i.e., same date and location). We do not grant refunds for no-shows.

If you would like to cancel a registration, please contact aapm@aapainmanage.org.

Transfers and Substitutions

Attendees are allowed one substitution request per conference registration. If you would like a colleague to replace you at the event you are registered for, email your request to aapm@aapainmanage.org and the substitution will be processed.
