By Mail (checks only): To register via mail, please proceed through the online registration system. Once you have completed your registration print print your confirmation page and mail along with your payment. Please mail the confirmation page to AAPM, 13947 Mono Way, Suite A, Sonora, CA 95370. Checks payable to: AAPM.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
All hotel accommodations should be made directly with Caesars Palace located at 3570 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Reservations: 866-227-5944. When making your hotel reservations, please request the group name American Academy of Pain Management, Group code: SCAAP0. Group rates start at $219.00 per night. All group rate reservations must be made by August 23, 2010.
