The American Academy of Pain Management is an inclusive, interdisciplinary
organization serving clinicians who treat people with pain through education, setting standards
of care, and advocacy.
The Academy provides and open environment for clinicians to:
- Receive education on the diagnosis, treatment, and management
of pain from an interdisciplinary perspective.
- Establish open communication and referral networks with
practitioners from a variety of disciplines.
- Improve the availability, breadth, and quality of
interdisciplinary healthcare for those in pain.
